Vijay Anirudh the music composer of Vijay’s upcoming film KATHTHI directed by A.R.Murugadoss has been sayting for long that he will certainly make the actor render a song in the album. Now it has been confirmed that Vijay will sing a song in the album and the song has been composed by the young music director. Sources reveal that this will be a love based kuthu song that will be a blend of romance and kuthu. The composer is giving final touches to the song and the song will be recorded in the studio with Vijay’s voice in a few days. Vijay started sang the ‘Google Google’ number in ‘Thuppakki’ after a gap if seven years. The tremendous success of the Harris Jayaraj number has made him sing a song in each of his following films: ‘Vanganna Vanakkanganna’ in ‘Thalaiva’ and ‘Kandangi Kandangi’ in ‘Jilla’.

Taking a break from ‘Kaththi’ starring Vijay and Samantha in lead roles, directed A.R.Murugadoss was in Mumbai through last week to promote ‘Holiday’ the Bollywood remake of his super hit Tamil film ‘Thupakki’. The Akshay Kumar-Sonakshi Sinha starrer that released over the weekend has been doing phenomenal business and the opening weekend collection is INR 43.2 Crores in India alone. Sparing no time to celebrate the success, the director is back on the sets of ‘Kaththi’. The new schedule of the film has begun in Chennai from today (June 9). This schedule will reportedly be the longest one that will last for more than a month. Apart from Chennai, some scenes will be canned in other cities like Hyderabad in this schedule. ‘Kaththi’ is being produced by Ayngarana International and Lyca Entertainments and music is being scored by Anirudh Ravichander. The film is expected to hit the screens as a Diwali treat.

A.R.Murugadoss is a busy man these days , he was on a non stop schedule travelling all the way from Mumbai to Bangkok to shoot some important sequences for his upcoming flick Thuppaki which features Ilayathalapthy Vijay and Kajal Agarwal in the lead.Ace director will be seen in a cameo role for this movie . It is said that at first the director hesitated to perform the role but it was Vijay who convinced the director to perform a cameo accepting his request the director did the role which was appreciated by the entire cast and crew.Talking about the other news from the camp ,the director seems have to impressed by Vijay's behaviour on the sets , in his micro blogging page he said that he was thoroughly impressed when he found that Vijay never used a mobile phone on the sets at all.The team is on the way to Chennai to complete the first look posters which will be released on Tamil New Year.
